What is expected of you:

Willingness to learn and give great customer service and interact with clients

Ability to work in a team-based environment

Reception, checking out, scheduling, business phone answering

Working the register

Ability to learn basic computer skills and use our online platform Meevo

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Organization and problem-solving skills

Assisting hairstylists and service providers where applicable (ex. set up clients)
